In relation to the data of personal nature provided by the USER in the forms that may exist at ADHOC’s web site www.consultoriaadhoc.com   we inform that we strictly follow the actual legislation established in the data protection’s law 15/1999 and the rest of legislation that involves it and we inform the USER the mentioned data will be included in a file for its treatment giving the USER their consent by accepting these general conditions.

Data's finality.

Adhoc collect some personal data that are given freely by the USER in the different forms that exist on the web site.
Adhoc Informs that we will use these data to solve the posted information queries. The collected data treated by Adhoc are solely the basic ones necessary to the previously mentioned finality.

Data input’s obligatory nature.

The fields marked as required in the existing forms are those that require a compulsory answer and if it is not given the consequence would be the impossibility of sending back the requested information.

Rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition

The USERs who introduce their personal data in the forms have the right to exert their access, rectification, cancelation and opposition rights at any moment requesting so here   or by mail to CONSULTORÍA INFORMÁTICA ADHOC, Polígono industrial II, Calle F, Cintruénigo 31592 Navarra. Adhoc insists on their compromise to respect and assure the confidentiality of the personal data’s collection and treatment so that the USER can know at any moment which data is been held by Adhoc and how they are been used in the following form or requesting it to the previously mentioned address.

Data’s granting

The data is not given to third parties. Adhoc informs the USERS that by adhering to the present general conditions give their consent to communicate the necessary data to be able to manage their requested information, communication related only to the same finality the data was posted and thus related to the free and legitimate acceptation of the existing legal relation between the USER and Adhoc ,whose development, compliance and control necessarily imply the data’s connection and that includes the necessary transfer of them, the USERS give their full consent. The USER can revoke the consent at any moment requesting it here.

Security

Adhoc assures the confidentiality and privacy of the collected personal data and because and for that purpose the essential security measures has been taken to avoid any alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access and guarantee the data’s safety and integrity. Adhoc is not in any case responsible of the incidents related to personal data due to an attack or unauthorized access to the systems in a way that is impossible to detect by the implemented security measures or when it is due to the USER’s negligence in respect to their own personal data’s custody.

Data's veracity

The USERS are responsible of their data’s truthfulness , commiting themselves not to introduce false data and proceeding to the modification of those if it were necessary.
